Section 01

Use of Services

Wayvoo provides a marketplace for purchasing travel eSIM data plans. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at admin@sorentech.dev.

Section 02

eSIM Plans and Activation

eSIM plans are provided by third-party carriers. Coverage, speeds, and availability vary by destination and carrier. Wayvoo acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for carrier network performance, outages, or coverage limitations.

eSIM activation instructions are delivered digitally after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. Compatibility information is provided as guidance only.

Data plans are subject to the carrier's fair use policy. Tethering and hotspot availability depends on the specific plan purchased.

Section 03

Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Wayvoo does not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

Section 04

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include: reselling eSIM plans without authorization, attempting to circumvent technical measures, using our platform for fraudulent purposes, scraping or harvesting data from our website, and violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Wayvoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Section 05

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayvoo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Section 06

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayvoo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wayvoo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Section 07

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You and Wayvoo agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
