Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to have a great experience with your Wayvoo eSIM. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to make it right. Please read this policy to understand when refunds are available and how to request one.

Section 01

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

eSIM not activated: If your eSIM QR code or activation details were never used, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Technical failure on our end: If we are unable to deliver a working eSIM due to a system error or provisioning failure, you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Section 02

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available once an eSIM has been activated and data usage has begun, as the service has been rendered.

The following are also non-refundable:

Device incompatibility: If your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked. We provide compatibility guidance prior to purchase — please verify before buying.

Carrier network issues: Poor coverage, slow speeds, or outages caused by the underlying carrier network are outside our control.

Change of travel plans: Cancellations due to personal travel changes are not eligible for refunds once an eSIM is issued.

Section 03

Partial Refunds

In cases where an eSIM has been partially used or where a technical issue affected only part of the service, we may offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion.

We evaluate each case individually and aim to find a fair resolution. Contact our support team with as much detail as possible about the issue you experienced.

Section 04

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@sorentech.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

1. Your order number or the email address used at checkout.

2. The reason for your refund request.

3. Any relevant screenshots or details about the issue encountered.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Section 05

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We do not charge any fees for processing refunds. The full approved amount will be returned.

Section 06

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your Wayvoo account.
